BIOGRAPHY

I am a Chartered Health Psychologist (registered with the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council). I help people across all areas related to health and wellbeing.

If you feel like you want to make changes to improve your health and wellbeing, but find it difficult to get started, I may be able to help. My work focuses on helping people to cope with anxiety, stress and depression using a therapeutic approach that will best fit my client. I also specialise in treating smoking addiction as well as supporting dietary change.

During my sessions, I will help you to learn how to see things from a new perspective, by identify unhelpful coping strategies and replace them with more helpful ones. All therapy is tailored to your needs and goals.

My sessions will allow you to talk openly without fear of being judged. 

I offer a free 15-minute consultation over the phone. I provide psychological sessions both in English and in French depending on your preference.
