BIOGRAPHY

As a Clinical Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist I take an evidence-based approach to treatment providing personalised hypnotherapy sessions designed to help you lead a balanced, harmonious life. I have a Degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway University Of London and studied Hypnotherapy at one of the most respected Hypnotherapy Colleges in the UK. Before my hypnotherapy career, I was a Head of Client Management and I worked with clients including, royal family members, financiers, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. I understand the importance of privacy and handling sensitive topics.

What is Hypnosis? Hypnotic suggestion is a means of experiencing certain helpful ideas at a level profound enough to directly
influence our emotions and behaviour. It is a naturally occurring state such as being in a day dream. Have you ever had a day dream and completely tuned out what is happening around you? This is the same natural occurring state as hypnosis.
